I’m an Agile Coach and a Scrum Master and I love what I do. I’m very passionate about working with people and helping them to continuously improve – always with a focus on value to the customer and having fun. Scrum is the framework that allows me to do that by encouraging people to experiment, learn, and grow by following the pillars and values – and especially by applying the philosophy behind it.
For me I consider it a privilege to work with people and to be able to dedicate my time inside and outside of work to reading and attending talks to find new and better ways to lead and serve my teams.
I’m self-driven and I have hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master in software development & delivery teams as well as Cx & Design teams within a organization adopting SAFe.
